Plié Ballet Community Policies
Plié Ballet Community is a boutique ballet & creative studio focused on providing a warm, safe and inspiring environment for children, women and families.
By booking a class, workshop or event with Plié Ballet Community, clients agree to the following policies.

Booking Policy
• All classes, workshops and events must be booked in advance through our booking system or directly with the studio.
• Spaces are limited to maintain small, high-quality groups.
• Bookings are confirmed only after payment is completed.
• We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes before class begins.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We kindly ask all clients to cancel or reschedule classes at least 12 hours in advance.
• Cancellations made more than 12 hours before class may be rescheduled or credited.
• Late cancellations (less than 12 hours before class) and no-shows will be counted as attended classes and are non-refundable.
• If your child is unwell and you notify us at least 12 hours before class, we will be happy to help arrange a make-up class subject to availability.
• Workshops, camps and special events may have separate cancellation conditions and may be non-refundable.

Children’s Classes
• Ballet uniform is required for regular students but is not required for trial classes unless specified.
• Parents of younger children may be invited into the studio during adaptation periods when appropriate.
• To maintain a calm learning environment, we kindly ask parents to minimize disruptions during class.

Studio Etiquette
• We kindly ask all families to help us maintain a respectful, calm and welcoming atmosphere.
• Food and drinks are not permitted inside the dance studio (water is allowed).
• Children should be supervised by parents outside of class times unless otherwise arranged.

Photography & Media
From time to time, photos or videos may be taken during classes, workshops or events for social media and promotional purposes.
If you prefer that you or your child are not photographed, please notify us in writing in advance.

Memberships & Packages
• Memberships and class packages are non-transferable.
• Expiration dates apply unless otherwise agreed.
• Existing purchased packages remain valid under the conditions active at the time of purchase.

Pricing
Plié Ballet Community reserves the right to update pricing, memberships and service fees without prior notice.
• Price changes do not affect already purchased packages or confirmed bookings.
• Updated pricing applies only to future purchases and renewals.

Liability
Plié Ballet Community is not responsible for:
• lost or stolen belongings
• injuries resulting from undisclosed medical conditions
• accidents occurring outside supervised class activities

Right to Refuse Service
Plié Ballet Community reserves the right to refuse participation or cancel bookings in situations involving:
• unsafe behaviour
• repeated disruption
• disrespectful conduct toward staff or other families
